Greg Watson

A resident of Central Ohio since 2005, I relocated from Northwest Ohio to Columbus after completing a combat tour in Iraq with the 216th Engineer Battalion. While working full-time as an account executive for a local lumber company I was able to achieve my real estate license, and in 2006 I began selling real estate. In 2007 I left the lumber industry to focus on my full-time real estate career. 

Since 2006 I’ve produced millions in sales and evaluated thousands of properties in every corner of Central Ohio. A diverse career path has allowed me to provide broker price opinions (BPO’s) and appraisals to large lending institutions as well as private parties. I’ve worked for many different clients and have sold many different types of real estate throughout the Central Ohio Region. 

Always utilizing the most technologically advanced marketing practices, I’m consistently working to apply the most effective advertising techniques for my clients. As an advertising professional I work to create and apply specific online marketing approaches as they relate to my clients’ circumstances. Utilizing search engine marketing and social media, I work to cast a wide net for marketing my listings to potential buyers. These techniques have propelled my business forward and as proof of a model that works, I have been one of Signature Real Estate’s top selling Realtors for the past 5 years.
